Welcome to Myholisticcabinet! My name is Parmida and I am the curator of this blog. I’m a full time student that works at night and by no means has a degree on health, but I have experienced traumatic health boosts from herbs and vegetables, spices, etc. Therefor I am creating this blog to showcase the ingredients that have helped me along the way!
Even though I am in my twenties, sometimes my body makes me think otherwise. Everyday tasks bring awareness to your bodies exhaustion levels and you start to see how much more tired you get. In order to fight back, one must keep a balanced diet of the right amount of fats, protein, minerals. Most of us, including myself, don’t realize how easy it can be when it comes to eating the best nutritional meals. Most of the meals I will be posting will be 70% my recipes unless I state that I am remaking a dish. Other posts will display the types of regimens that help me on the day-to-day.
